Scores Holding Company, Inc. , together with its subsidiaries, licenses 'Scores' trademark to fine gentlemen’s nightclubs with adult entertainment in the United States. These clubs feature topless female entertainers together with opportunities for watching sporting events, celebrating business transactions, and private parties. There are four such clubs currently operating under the Scores-Brand name in New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, and New Orleans with future locations coming soon.

 

In January 2009, the company entered into a licensing agreement with I.M. Operating LLC (IMO) for the use of the Scores brand name  scoreslive.com. In 2006, the company licensed AYA International, Inc. the right to use its trademarks in connection with a Web site. This site features online video chat with approximately 100 models in both public (multiple users) and private (single user) chat sessions.
